The Real Madrid players are expected to report to Valdebebas on Monday, 8th July for pre-season testing, as the preparations for the upcoming season gets underway. Players involved at international level over the summer have an extended period of time off.

Real Madrid will travel to the Unites States again this summer to take part in the International Champions Cup. The first match of the 2019/20 pre-season tour will be against the Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich at the NRG Stadium in Houston on July 21. The next opponent will be Arsenal at the FedExField in Landover on July 24.

The tour of the United States will be rounded off on 27 July with a mouth-watering encounter against city rivals Atlético Madrid at the MetLife stadium.

Zinedine Zidane’s men will then travel back to Europe to take part in the Audi Cup in Munich, where they will face Tottenham Hotspur in the semi-final of the competition on 30 July and Bayern Munich or Fenerbahçe one day later.

There is no date yet set for the 40th edition of the Santiago Bernabéu trophy because of the ongoing renovation works at the stadium and it is likely to be called off.

Sunday, July 21 (2:00 CEST) – Bayern v. Real Madrid

Wednesday, July 24 (1:00 CEST) – Real Madrid v. Arsenal

Saturday, July 27 (1:30 CEST) – Real Madrid v. Atlético

Tuesday, July 30 (18:00 CEST) – Real Madrid v. Tottenham

Wednesday, July 31 – Real Madrid v. Bayern/Fenerbahçe
