Real Madrid completed their final training session this morning at Real Madrid City before welcoming Valladolid tomorrow at the Santiago Bernabéu, which will be the team’s first home match of the 2019/20 campaign.
Ferland Mendy trained with the group once again and was given the medical green light to feature tomorrow, so he’s expected to make the matchday squad. Mariano combined work inside the facilities again and out on the pitch, as his future is still unclear, although it’s expected to be resolved soon. Whilst Eden Hazard, Marco Asensio, Rodrygo and Brahim continued with their recovery programmes.
Zidane called up Juvenil A goalkeeper Juanpe for the session. After a ball-based warm-up, the squad completed ball circulation and pressing exercises, before playing matches on reduced-sized pitches. The session ended with shots on goal.
